We offer free shipping Australia-wide. This is tracked, insured and sent by Australia Post, Fastway or Fedex. We ship Express (next day) for a $10 flat rate.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays) and you should expect to receive it 2 - 5 days after it is dispatched, depending on your distance from Melbourne, Australia.

Love it or Swap it gives you the flexibility to return any product to us and exchange it for a different item within 30 days of receiving it. Whether you've had a change of heart, accidentally ordered the wrong item, need a different size, or simply don't adore your purchase – we've got you covered!
Upon receiving your return, we will evaluate the product to ensure it remains unused and undamaged. Subsequently, we'll get in touch with you to provide a store credit or refund.

How long will it take to get my orders?
We offer free shipping across Australia & New Zealand. This is tracked, insured and sent by Australia Post, Fedex or Fastway. We ship Express (next day) for a $10 flat rate. The typical processing period of 2-4 days still applies. We also ship internationally for $30 AUD flat rate to anywhere in the world.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays) and you should expect to receive it 2 - 5 days after it is dispatched, depending on your distance from Melbourne, Australia.
Photo tips?
What makes a good photo?
1.) Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
2.) Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.
3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

What animals do you illustrate?
At Tara’s Home, we illustrate all animals! Whether your best friend barks, purrs, hops, slithers, or chirps, we’re here to bring their personality to life. From dogs, cats, and bunnies to birds, lizards, and beyond—if you call it family, we call it art! 🐾
Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
Absolutely! We can fit up to four pets in one portrait, so all your furry (or feathery!) friends can shine together. If you’re hoping to feature more than four, just reach out to us—we’d love to chat about capturing your whole crew in one masterpiece! 🐾
